Our Story

It started with a simple question: Where do Arizona business owners go to get inspired by other Arizona business owners?

When we couldn’t find an answer, we created one.

Founded by Arizona native and multi-business owner Kimball Conover, Cactus & Commerce was built on the belief that there’s power in community, and even more power in sharing the lessons no one talks about. We’ve seen firsthand how hard it is to grow a business, and how much easier it gets when you surround yourself with others who are in the thick of it too.

This isn’t a guru show. It’s a show for people actually building.
